“Io non mi abituero’ mai alle cose che cambiano, a quelle che muoiono, che invecchiano. Anche se a volte dura troppo, a volte troppo poco e a volte mai abbastanza, io in fondo spero sempre che non finisca mai. Vorrei proteggermi da quest’umidità. Vorrei proteggerti dalla muffa, dal muschio, dal maltempo, finché non rimarrà più niente da asciugare, da proteggere, da conservare. E a quel punto la cura avrà vinto la lotta.”
